  • How to book a suite?
You can either book a suite, or select a package.
You can make your reservation directly online. We will ask you to pay the deposit, corresponding to 30% of the total.
Otherwise you can call us and we will be happy to make the reservation with you.
  • What are the arrival and departure times?
Rooms are available from 02:30 PM. You cannot arrive later than 06:30 PM.
The day of the departure, rooms must be vacated by 11:00 AM.
  • Can we make a late departure?
Any request for late check-out must be submitted in advance and approved by the In-Service Reception Supervisor.
  • What are the cancellation conditions?
The customer can cancel his reservation free of charge up to 14 days before arrival.
The customer will have to pay the total amount if he cancels less than 14 days preceding the arrival.
To compensate for the expenses and the of loss of activities, the paid deposit is non-refundable.

The suites

  • What equipment does one find in the suite?
The suites are equipped with air conditioning, bathroom with shower / wc / sink, flat-screen TV, equipped kitchen, safety deposit box, private terrace, etc ...
  • What is in the kitchen of the suite?
The kitchen is equipped with a mini fridge, a microwave, a toaster oven, a coffee maker, and all the necessary crockery and utensils.
We are happy to offer you your first cup of coffee in the morning. Guests can request additional capsules at the reception for 2.5 €.
  • Can we smoke?
RHH is committed to ensuring a smoke-free environment for all our customers. Thus, the entire site is 100% non-smoking.
If you have smoked in the room, a fee of 150 € plus taxes will be charged to your account in order to clean the suite for the next customer.
  • Can I leave you my luggage?
Your luggage can be stored at no charge at the reception.
  • Can I request a cleaning of the suite during the stay?
Please note that there is no cleaning service every day. Suites are cleaned at the end of your stay. If you would like your Suite to be cleaned, please contact reception before 2.30pm and an additional charge of € 75 per cleaning will be charged to your account.
  • Can I make a call?
Yes, each suite has a landline. Fees apply, depending on whether it is a local or international call.
You can also contact the hotel reception by phone to place a wake-up call.
  • Can I send a FAX?
Fax and photocopy are available at the front desk, service charges are applicable :
• Black and white photocopy: 0.20 € per page.
• Color photocopy: 0.55 € per page.
• Fax: 1 € for 1 to 3 pages - 2 € for 4 to 8 pages – (contact us for more pages).
  • Can I have ice cubes?
An ice machine is available at the 1st level, at the laundry. An ice bucket is available in your room.
  • Can I do some laundry?
Washing machines are available on the 1st level, located in the laundry room. Powder sachets are to be collected at the reception at the cost of € 10 per wash.
  • Do I need a beach towel?
Your white towels should not leave your room, we provide you with colored towels for the beach or pool. You can find them at the reception, against signature.
The exchange will be possible every day, clean against dirty.
When you leave, you can return them to reception, or keep them for 48 €.

Hotel policy

  • What is the general policy of the hotel?
To ensure a pleasant stay for all, you must respect the policies of the hotel, under penalty of immediate expulsion, automatically resulting in the loss of the deposit and the billing of the night.
  • Who can I contact on site if I have a request?
For all your questions, you can contact the reception.
It is open from 7:00 AM to noon and from 1:30 PM to 7:00 PM every day.
  • Can I bring my pet?
Please note that we only accept small dogs, and that you must be present at all times with your pet to the room. A fee of $ 30.00 per night will be charged.
Animals over 6 kg (13.2 Lbs) are not allowed on the site. A fee of 150 € plus taxes per day will be charged to your room if this payment is not respected.
  • Respect for other customers
Excessive noises such as screaming, radio or TV too loud are prohibited.
We ask children not to play or run on common terraces and stairs. In addition, they must always be supervised by their parents or companions, in order to avoid any accident.
  • Alcohol consumption
No alcohol consumption not sold by the hotel is permitted.
  • Breakage
The occupants of the Suite are financially responsible for any damage or breakage caused in the Suite or on the website of the Hotel.
  • Inspection of your room
Management reserves the right to inspect the Suite when it deems it appropriate.
Items in your Suite are available for your convenience. We ask you to leave them on the spot, otherwise the cost of replacing them will be added to your bill.

Management of personal data

  • What personal data do you get?
We collect the following information about you:
  • Name, First Name, Phone, eMail.
  • Name of the suite, dates of arrival and departure.
  • The total price and the deposit, as well as the payment dates.
We do not collect your credit card information during payment. This information is managed by our bank.
  • What are you doing with this data?
We use this information for:
  • Manage the booking of your suite.
  • Ensure the preparation of your suite.
  • Contact you before your arrival if needed.
  • Contact you once a year to offer promotions.

We do not provide any information collected to third parties.
We do not do any statistical or other processing of the information collected.
  • Can I remove all my personal data?
We can delete your data. You simply have to ask us by email or phone.
